The tenants can also take use of a Laundry room with two washing machines free of charge and weekly cleaning of common areas. Please notice the deposit corresponds to 2 months rent and is required before arrival. If a tenant cancels more than one month before the start of the contract, we return full the security deposit. For an overnight guest, - a fee is applied. Please note that check-ins/out during the weekend are not allowed.

CANCELLATION TERMS

Pre check-in cancellation

60 or more days before check-in date: 100% refund of our commission, the first monthly payment is sent to the owner
Between 59th and 30th day before check-in date: 50% refund of our fee. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.
Between the 29th day and the day before the check-in date: there is no refund. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.

Post check-in cancellation

The transfer to the owner of the first monthly payment occurs only 48 hours after the date of check-in, giving you time to verify that the advertisement matches the truth.
If the room does not conform to the advertisement we will refund 100% of the first monthly payment.
