At the center of the single room is a cozy double bed, flanked by two sleek nightstands, which offer convenient space for your nightly essentials, be it a captivating novel or a glass of water. A practical desk occupies one corner of the room, providing an ideal workspace for work. For your wardrobe needs, a spacious closet stands ready to accommodate your personal belongings, ensuring your stay remains organized and clutter-free. The apartment is located in the historical center of Rome, 10min walk from Coliseum. In the nearby every kind of services or shops, like cafeteria, banks, supermarket, restaurants, gym, Hospital, big stores... everything at your fingertips! Excellent connection to public transport service (16 bus lines, 3 underground stops A, C, taxies, etc.). Other things to note: For the first week we provide you with bed linen (no towels), after which you will have to buy them for yourself or you can have ours for 150€. Administration fee 200€ only one time at check in. Final cleaning =50€ to pay on the spot. monthly cleaning=50€/room (mandatory fee). Extra charge for late check-in (after 22:00)=30€. Extra charge for guest in your room = 25€/d maximum 28d. Monthly payments are counted from the first day of the month, regardless of the date of booking.
