The price shown is for single person use and includes all home bills expenses. The tenant will share the main house bathroom with 1 house-mate (rarely, but possibly 2 depending on occupancy). This room features also an extra bed for possible overnight guests. Located in the Ostiense area, a neighbourhood filled with energy! You can find plenty of activities here, such as wonderful shopping locations, restaurants, cafes, and a lot more around every corner.
