You will be sharing the flat with the landlords - two professionals in their 60's (one from California and the other a native Roman) - and another young worker. We speak a mix of English and Italian at home. Please , please be aware of the flat's position - Via San Lucio - and make sure it's not too far from your Uni or place of work -- bear in mind that Rome's transport, in all honesty sucks, no matter where you are, unfortunately. For example, if you're attending La Sapienza, we are NOT a good choice. However, on the plus side ,Villa Pamphili , one of Rome's biggest parks, is within walking distance. The monthly rental fee amounts to 550 euros, with an additional 50 euros allocated for utilities, labeled as "others" in the listing.
