LIBERA DAL 1 FEBBRAIO 2023. Luminosa, ariosa e pulitissima stanza privata tinteggiata da poco, dotata di letto spazioso, arredi nuovi e parquet di qualità. L’appartamento sito in Via Santamaura, 72, al primo piano (alto) con ascensore, recentemente ristrutturato si compone di 3 stanze private, una cucina abitabile, un bagno, e un ripostiglio con asciugatrice e dove è possibile riporre le valigie. La stanza viene affittata come si vede in foto con tutti i comfort e 1 cambio letto (materasso, coprimaterasso igiene, lenzuola di sotto e sopra, piumino invernale, piumino estivo e cuscini con federe). Unica cosa da portare sono gli asciugamani personali. La stanza è dotata di un ampio armadio con grucce, una scrivania, un’elegante poltroncina in pelle e una grande finestra che fa entrare aria e luce naturale. 2 delle 3 stanze hanno affaccio su Via Santamaura (alberata), invece l’altra stanza da’ su un tranquillo e grazioso cortile da cui si vede comunque il verde. L’abitazione è dotata di lavatrice, asciugatrice, ferro e asse da stiro. Wi-Fi già installato e tutti attacchi pronti (luce, acqua, gas). Il bagno (con finestra) è stato ristrutturato da pochi mesi e viene pulito e disinfettato ogni settimana dall’impresa di pulizie. Scaldabagno grande e nuovo per assicurare sempre acqua calda a tutti gli inquilini. In cucina frigo, piano cottura, lavello, forno, fornetto, filtro cappa. Arredo cucina (tavolo e sgabelli) nuovi. La cucina è dotata anche del necessario per cucinare e apparecchiare la tavola (pentole, posate e portaposate, piatti, bicchieri, tazze e tazzine e una caffettiera). SPESE PULIZIA SONO INCLUSE NEL CANONE DI LOCAZIONE ogni 7 giorni delle aree comuni (cucina, bagno, corridoio), mentre le spese per le UTENZE NON SONO INCLUSE e verranno condivise con gli altri coinquilini. Servizi tutti vicini: mercato trionfale, bar sotto casa con personale gentile e cornetti buonissimi, ristorante di fronte che fa piatti da capogiro e tanti altri per pranzo, cena, aperitivo, movida, pizza napoletana, enoteca, minimarket, parrucchiere, barber shop, lavanderia, ferramenta e negozi per lo shopping. The apartment located in Via Santamaura, 72, on the first (high) floor with elevator, consists of 3 private rooms, a kitchen, a bathroom with a large shower, and a closet where you can store your suitcases. The room is rented as shown in the photo with all the comforts and 1 elegant bed change just bought (mattress, hygiene mattress cover, sheets, winter duvet and pillows with pillow cases, all new). The only thing to bring is your own towels. INCLUDED CLEANING COSTS every 7 days of the common areas (kitchen, bathroom, corridor), while the costs for UTILITIES ARE NOT INCLUDED and will be shared with other roommates. The room is equipped with a large wardrobe with hangers, a desk, an elegant leather armchair and a large window that lets in air and natural light (2 of the 3 rooms overlook Via Santamaura (tree-lined), instead the other room it overlooks a quiet and graceful courtyard from which you can still see the greenery. The bathroom (with window) has been renovated a few months ago. Large and new water heater to always ensure hot water for all tenants. The house is equipped with a washing machine, a dryer, iron and ironing board. Wi-Fi already installed and all connections ready (electricity, water, gas).
