Bright and clean. Room is approx. 15m2. We have a chateau that meets loft-style with rough wooden floors, graphic metallic window frames, and warm colorful wallpapers. This is not just one of those bland Brussels business flats! The heart of the house features a large kitchen with several cooking stations, two dishwashers, three refrigerators, one microwave, one oven, adjacent to a separate dining area with access to the garden. The communal living room has deep leather chesterfield couches surrounding a flat screen tv. The Cottage at the back of the garden houses two large rooms. Amenities include a guest room for visitors, laundry room and two smaller living rooms for reading, working or relaxing. Our prices are all-inclusive, with no extra bills and include housekeeping, wifi, utilities (water, electricity, gas), insurance. Housekeeper twice a week, handyman on call. The shared parts of the house include a kitchen with dining area, a living room with tv and ps4, a courtyard with bbq, a laundry room as well as an extra living room which doubles as a guest room for visitors (convertible couch). Place Chatelain is located in a neighborhood that is sophisticated and chic, the Chatelain has Brussels’ best specialty boutiques, a popular weekly market, and many a wine bar. Within a short radius of the house is a city supermarket, gym, bike share station, and tram stop. Three stops away are the Place Stephanie with its movie theaters, luxury boutiques and the avenue Louise business district. The Eurostar and Thalys terminals are 20 minutes away.
