A very large sunny individual room with a single bed in a renovated house shared by 6-7 tenants together, comprising hall, 3 bathrooms with shower and 2 separate toilets, 2 fully equipped kitchen in common. The room is clean and pleasant, furnished effectively and comprises: single bed, mattress, small cupboard, worktable, office chair, comfortable chair, wardrobe, hangings, ceiling luminary, standard lamp, desk lamp, curtains (type Ikea, ...). The kitchen is provided from forks and spoons, pot and pans and at your arrival, you will receive a clean pillow and a duvet. Wireless internet is included in the rent. A regular cleaning of the common parts of the flat is also included. The room is cleaned before arrival and this most be kept clean by the tenant himself during their stay. You can use the washing machine and dryer in the house which is situated in the laundry . We are looking for new tenants who wants to stay minimum 12 months or longer. The checking in and out are done by an independent expertise office Ageci and the costs are at charges of the tenant .( the price for this is calculated by the expertise office ) There is also a overnight guest fee of 35 euro a night and an assurance fee of 65 euro to be covered during your whole stay ( 65 euro to be paid only one time for a whole year ).
