One street away from the Nervion subway station that connects you to the whole city and the Pablo Olavide University, 15 minutes walk from the Royal Tobacco Factory and the center and less than 5 minutes from the Viapol faculties of the University of Seville. In your free time, you can stroll around the iconic Plaza de España, go into the historic center of the city, see the skyline from Las Setas, get lost in Triana, admire the Alcázar Royal Palace and walk through the Murillo gardens.
