A supermarket is across the street and there are a lot of shops and restaurants located within a few minutes walking. 🚲 The accommodation is about 3 minutes bike from UTRECHT CENTRAL The property includes shared areas such as the toilet & bathroom. 👉Rental conditions: This bedroom is fully furnished This bedroom is suitable for ONE person The registration is POSSIBLE No rental allowance is available Smoking is only allowed outside Even though we love puppies and kittens, the landlord says it's not possible to have animals in the accommodation ✅ This bedroom comes with: A desk with one chair, a big wardrobe & storage cabinet A bed with mattress, clean bedding & towels.
