Modern & quiet, newly furnished flat to rent, in the popular 18th district, located on lacknergasse. Very close to the BOKU (within walking distance). -Here is why this apartment is much cheaper even than a single room: I encourage people to save energy and to profit from taking their own responsibility. Therefore I reduced the rent of the apartment but let people to pay their own consumption. There are many ways to save energy without losing comfort, like refresh ambient air in rush but short, taking quick shower, improving the way you wash you dishes, reduce the temperature when you are not home etc. According to past experience average payment for two person per month is about 60€ over 12 moths. You send to me the pictures of the meter readings each month. I calculate the cost accordingly. The energy price is transparent since you see the energy contract here: electricity (0.49€/KWH) and gas (0.33€/KWH). The meters are sealed by the companies and protected by law. In summer you pay less than 60€. In winter you pay more than 60 €. So this ends up with a price of 665€ per month. If you are careful or you are in foreign countries occasionally you save even more. So the total cost ended up much less that an average apartment. - Perfectly connected by public transport. Tram (44, 9) in the near of the house. 44 goes directly to University of Vienna. The train 45 is also in the near. - All the amenities is on the next street Kreuzgasse: supermarkets, bakeries, drug stores, pharmacy, restaurants, cafes, etc.. - A apartment with about 30 square meters consisting of two rooms: a sleeping room with double bed and comfy sitting corner, a fully equipped kitchen with dining table. Also a bathroom with shower, washing machine and a toilet. All new.
