Hello! I am renting out my room in a shared flat from the 22nd of July to the 20th of August 2024. (a few days longer before or after could be arranged) Room: The room is super comfy and bright and is equipped with a beautiful private balcony. The room is fully furnished with everything you need including a 140cm bed, desk, closet and shelves. If you like to play music, there is also a piano, guitar and ukulele in the room for you to use. Flat: The kitchen, bathroom and toilet are newly renovated, spacious and are fully equipped. Flatmates: Lena (25) and Florian (28). Both are really kind, easy going flat mates that are very open and love to have light hearted conversations and give tips on what to do in the area. Puplic transport: The flat is located in the 3rd district and is super well connected -- 10min walk to Rochusgasse (U3 subway station) and Landstraße Wien Mitte (train station with regional trains, U3 & U4 subway), 5min to tram (1&O) Shops, Restaurant & freetime: The flat is surounded by lots of shops and restaurants in walking distance.
