* Location: The apartment is located very centrally in the 9th district in a typical old Viennese building. You ll find a lot of young people living in our neighborhood, because of its core location close to the main university and university campus, as well as most faculties. It ll only takes you 5-10 min to go to the main city center or 15 min to one of the major shopping streets in Vienna( Mariahilferstrasse). The "AKH" General Hospital and Medical university is within 5min walking distance. Puplic transport is only a few steps away (underground, tram and bus) but you could also walk down town by foot if you want . It normally takes me 10 min. Everything you could possibly need for your daily life, is just around the corner. Down the road you ll find 3 supermarkets, 2 pharmacys, 2 tabaco stores and so on. The location is more than convient no matter where you want to go. *The appartement/amenities The apartment itself has very high ceilings and parquet floor, which is typical for apartments in old buildings here. The living room is very spacious and bright, equiped with a cosy sofa, excellent to stretch your legs after a long day. The bedroom is facing the courtyard so its nice to sleep there cuz it ll be fairly quiet. There is a double bed with a confy mattrass,. The flat is furnished with a big closet that will easily fit all your clothes. The kittchen is fully equipped and you ll find everything you need. We just updated the kitchen and integrated an oven now too. Internet is provided but no TV. If you decide to bring or purchase a TV or radio you will have to pay "Rundfunkgebühren" by law. These costs are not included currently in the price. Important note: The rental prices is calculated that the tennant is staying below the funded electricity price of rd. 240 kw/a month if you use electrity over this limit, you are expected to pay extra for it. Till now no annual bill exceeded but you need to be aware of it.
