Old timber piling, noble victorian tiling, beautiful historic doors and a modern, ecologic clay-plastering together make a harmonic atmosphere and unique place to live in. The breathable clay-plastering together with a invisible inwallheating system controlled by a modern smart-home infrastructure result in a comfortable and healthy room-cli- mate that you don‘t want to miss anymore. In the stairwell of the Villa, you‘ll find an exhibition of historical plans, documents and titles from the era of the Villa‘s construction as well as a short history of the house. All of the everyday necessities are available in our apartments, so that our guests can feel at home. The apartments benefit from exclusive parking spaces located in front of the house, together with bicycle storage. High speed Internet and international HD- TV are, of course, also available.
