With preference for Ukranian lady. Room comes available 1st of November. Previous tenant was also from Ukraine and lived here for 2 years. She found a job elsewhere and moved. Therefore I am looking for another lady from Ukraine. (Very small child perhaps also possible) There is a cooking facility + fridge and the bathroom (withe laundry machine) is shared with 3 other female tenants: one student from Italy, one student from Germany and one student from the Netherlands. (All three are studying at University of Utrecht.) Because the three tenants in the house are all female, they prefer a Ukrainian lady. So unfortunately male Ukranians will have to look elsewhere, sorry. The house is situated in Zeist near Utrecht, in a quiet leafy neighbourhood with lots of trees and big gardens. Supermarket at 5 minutes walking distance. Busstop for connection to Utrecht is also at 5 min. walking distance. Rent per month will depend on your income. If you have a normal paid job, the rent will be Euro 495,00 per month. If you don't have a job yet you can stay there for free for 6 months and I will help you finding a job.
