Moreover, the apartment is close to the biggest green area of Florence, the famous Parco delle Cascine! The price includes the condominium fees and you can also have a safe parking slot for your bike. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PAYMENTS: - Booking on Housing Anywhere: You will pay one month to reserve via HousingAnywhere to reserve your accommodation. - Before arrival: You will have to pay the deposit directly to the IBAN that will be given to you after booking. - EXTRAS: - Registration of the rental contract: it is a fee due to register the rental contract and make it legal in Italy so that you are totally covered for any kind of reason.
