This is a 4 bedroom flat located in the Sagrada Familia area, in the top part next to Hospital Sant Pau. Closest metro 3 min walk on the blue line Sant Pau/Dos de Mayo. Bus connections, 30 second walk 19, 47, H8 and night bus 0. The apartment has a L shared layout this way everyone has there own space. There are 2 of us living here and you'll find a family atmosphere where you can come home and study, or watch TV, play cards, share a drink and a chat...we are well travelled and very international. I was born in Begium, grew up in South Africa and have lived in various places before ending up in Barcelona. We are not a party house but we have nothing against you partying in town! We are looking for a non smoker that is also a dog lover as we have a friendly Belgian Shepherd. She will never go to your room. We have a cleaner that comes once every two weeks.

CANCELLATION TERMS

Pre check-in cancellation

60 or more days before check-in date: 100% refund of our commission, the first monthly payment is sent to the owner
Between 59th and 30th day before check-in date: 50% refund of our fee. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.
Between the 29th day and the day before the check-in date: there is no refund. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.

Post check-in cancellation

The transfer to the owner of the first monthly payment occurs only 48 hours after the date of check-in, giving you time to verify that the advertisement matches the truth.
If the room does not conform to the advertisement we will refund 100% of the first monthly payment.
