In order for you to get your keys, the deposit and our one-time service fee of 199 must be paid before check-in. The landlord only accepts tenants between 18 and 40 Check-in /out: - Check-in hours: Monday - Friday from 10:00 - 16:00 (A check in outside our working hours is possible upon availability of some of our community managers and with an additional charge of 60,00€.) We are a young and international community located in ‘Mitte’, which ist the most central and one of the trendiest areas in Berlin. The neighborhood is renowned for its historical, cultural, and commercial significance, making it a focal point for both locals and tourists. Friedrichstraße is home to a variety of cultural attractions, museums, theaters, and galleries. Along the street, you'll also find a mix of high-end boutiques, department stores, and international brands. Cancelación previa al check-in

60 o más días antes de la fecha de entrada: reembolso del 100% de nuestra comisión, el primer pago mensual se envía al propietario
Entre el 59º y el 30º día antes de la fecha de entrada: reembolso del 50% de nuestra tarifa. La primera mensualidad se envía al propietario.
Entre el día 29 y el día anterior a la fecha de entrada: no hay reembolso. La primera mensualidad se envía al propietario.

Cancelación posterior al check-in

La transferencia al propietario de la primera mensualidad se produce sólo 48 horas después de la fecha de check-in, lo que le da tiempo para verificar que el anuncio se ajusta a la verdad.
Si la habitación no se ajusta a lo anunciado, le devolveremos el 100% de la primera mensualidad.
