The landlord only accepts tenants between 18 and 40 Check-in /out: - Check-in hours: Monday - Friday from 10:00 - 16:00 (A check in outside our working hours is possible upon availability of some of our community managers and with an additional charge of 60,00€.) We are a young and international community located in ‘Mitte’, which ist the most central and one of the trendiest areas in Berlin. The neighborhood is renowned for its historical, cultural, and commercial significance, making it a focal point for both locals and tourists. Friedrichstraße is home to a variety of cultural attractions, museums, theaters, and galleries. Along the street, you'll also find a mix of high-end boutiques, department stores, and international brands. Furthermore it is easily accessible by public transportation, with several U-Bahn (subway lines U6, U5 and U2) Bus lines and S-Bahn (suburban train lines S1, S2, S25, S26, S3, S5, S7 and S9) stations nearby. - fitness room (coming soon) - community manager - great location - laundry room (including washing machine & dryer). CANCELLATION TERMS

Pre check-in cancellation

60 or more days before check-in date: 100% refund of our commission, the first monthly payment is sent to the owner
Between 59th and 30th day before check-in date: 50% refund of our fee. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.
Between the 29th day and the day before the check-in date: there is no refund. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.

Post check-in cancellation

The transfer to the owner of the first monthly payment occurs only 48 hours after the date of check-in, giving you time to verify that the advertisement matches the truth.
If the room does not conform to the advertisement we will refund 100% of the first monthly payment.
