This modern one-room apartment can accommodate up to 3 people and is located on the fourth floor of a residential building, a stone's throw from the central station. As soon as you enter you will find the living room, furnished with a double sofa bed, a TV and a table. The kitchen is located in front of the entrance and is equipped with everything you need for your stay (oven and utensils included). The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a large wardrobe. The bathroom is complete with a shower and washing machine. BOOKING CONDITIONS Minimum stay: 1 month Maximum stay: 12 months (renewable) SECURITY DEPOSIT: Equal to one month for stays between 1 and 3 months and 2 months for stays between 4 to 12 months. The security deposit is required as a guarantee of the property and can never be considered as payment of the monthly rent or for any other type of payment, it must be paid in full no later than the day of check-in together with the costs of cleaning and flat rate required for utilities/condominium. For reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to check-in, the property receives 100% of the first month's advance rent from the tenant. For reservations cancelled on the same day of the check-in date up to 48 hours after check-in, the property receives 100% of the first month's advance rent from the tenant and any refund of the security deposit will be at the owner's discretion. Once the lease period has begun, it is possible to withdraw from the lease with 90 days' notice without incurring penalties; otherwise, the entire security deposit will be withheld. Suppose the lease is terminated before the natural expiry date as per booking, even with regular notice.
