Your new room is nice and bright and faces Kaiser-Josef-Platz, with a large window overlooking the Kaiser. Thanks to its orientation, it is bright and sunny all day long, yet it never gets too warm in summer due to the thick walls of the old building. The apartment generally has high ceilings and a beautiful parquet floor and has three bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and two fridges, a bathroom with washing machine, a separate WC and a practical storage niche in the hallway. The shared flat is very centrally located, directly opposite Kaiser-Josef Platz, with good public transport connections. In the immediate vicinity you will find everything you need for everyday life, from supermarkets to bakeries, fitness studios, the post office and the farmers' market. The city park and university are also just a few minutes away. You live together with Johanna and Jakob. Both are super nice and open-minded, and value living together in harmony. It's always very relaxed in the shared flat, everyone can do their own thing, but we also sometimes do things or cook/bake together :) Cleanliness and tidiness are a matter of course for both of us and everyone plays their part. Johanna (26): I'm studying for a Master's degree in Computational Social Systems. Besides studying, I like to meet up with friends, bake or knit. Jakob (26): I'm currently working full-time in marketing. Apart from that, I like cooking and going skating or hiking in the mountains.
