4 Apartment very close to UC3M. Real photos from last year. Due to natural aging, current furniture is in worse condition. Rooms 1,2,3 share a bathroom and bedroom 4 has its private bathroom. The house is small, but with all the facilities for students. Free cleaning of the common area every two months, however it may be dirty on the day of check in because it is a shared stay. We also wanted to point out that the decorative objects that appear in the photos are for reference, we do not guarantee to offer them to all tenants. In this university neighborhood, most of the buildings are old and without an elevator, our apartment is on the fourth floor without an elevator. We offer full bedding, but tenants can also bring their own duvet or buy it from Carrefour. We accept student reservations. Maximum age to be accepted: 32 years old. Landlord supports City Hall registration on the property if you book at least 6 months.
