The apartment is equipped with fiber wi-fi, oven, washing machine, refrigerator, kitchen and all the necessary amenities! Inhabited only by the owner (polite 39-year-old man) with excellent proven reviews, when it works as a B&B during tourist periods. Only polite and serious people! No time wasters, I don't rent for couples! The area is very convenient, full of supermarkets, pharmacies, post office, pub etc... the center is less than 20 minutes away on foot. The condo has a fence, doorman, elevator, bike/motorcycle space

CANCELLATION TERMS

Pre check-in cancellation

60 or more days before check-in date: 100% refund of our commission, the first monthly payment is sent to the owner
Between 59th and 30th day before check-in date: 50% refund of our fee. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.
Between the 29th day and the day before the check-in date: there is no refund. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.

Post check-in cancellation

The transfer to the owner of the first monthly payment occurs only 48 hours after the date of check-in, giving you time to verify that the advertisement matches the truth.
If the room does not conform to the advertisement we will refund 100% of the first monthly payment.
