These must be provided during the booking process on the platform. 💰 Additional Fees & Payment Process Once your booking is confirmed, the following payments must be made within 7 days: • Administrative fee: This is paid via a payment request on the platform and covers business-related costs. • Standard management fee : Paid at check-in (cash or bank transfer). It covers: • Assisted check-in and key handover • Contract registration and administration • Tenant support during the stay • Assisted check-out (This is a separate cost from any HousingAnywhere fees.) • Advance payment for July/August (if applicable): If the rental period extends until July or August, one of these months must be paid in advance via the platform. • Security deposit: To be paid on the platform before check-in. 📜 Important Policies • August rent is non-refundable in case of early check-out. • A valid Italian Tax Code (Codice Fiscale) must be obtained and submitted as soon as possible. Instructions on how to obtain it will be provided with the contract. Failure to do so may result in booking cancellation. • No bed linens, blankets, pillows, or towels are provided in the apartment. • The apartment is rented as shown in the photos/videos, and furniture cannot be replaced or rearranged. • Utility bills (if not included) depend on actual consumption and will be sent directly to the apartment. • We apply a monthly contract system: rent must always be paid in full, regardless of move-in/out dates.
