Failure to do so may result in booking cancellation. • No bed linens, blankets, pillows, or towels are provided in the apartment. • The apartment is rented as shown in the photos/videos, and furniture cannot be replaced or rearranged. • Utility bills (if not included) depend on actual consumption and will be sent directly to the apartment. • We apply a monthly contract system: rent must always be paid in full, regardless of move-in/out dates.
