The shortest contract period with us is 2 months, this to preserve a sense of stability in the community and in your future home. We have no deposits, and a 15-day cancellation period. The Residence is located in Handen, which is part of metropolitan Stockholm and only a 25min train ride away from the city center. The hub is within walking distance from Haninge center which has a large selection of activities, shopping, and restaurants. Youll find everything you need for everyday life there. And if youre more of a nature person, youre in luck!
