Most of Prague's sights are within walking distance. 3 minutes by walk to a shopping mall and a metro station. Dlouhá street is full of bars and top restaurants. Great for everyone who seeks the atmosphere of historic Prague, but wants to stay in a modern flat. Perfect for couples. The flat is fully equipped (dishwasher, microwave oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, etc.)
Our apartments are always thoroughly cleaned after every stay. This cleaning includes the elimination of germs causing many common viruses. Feel free to ask us more about our cleaning procedure. Your safety during your stay is our priority!

Please note the city tax is not included and will be collected prior arrival arrival. European city tax is a small fee charged to visitors by the municipality for stays shorter than 60 nights. The city of Prague requires €2.30 / per person / per night.
There is free personal check in for this apartment (someone will meet you at the apartment address) if you arrive before 21.00 PM. If your arrival is after 21:00 PM the fee is as follows:
- Between 21:00 and 00:00 = 30 EUR
- Between 00:00 and 00:30 = 50 EUR

Thanks to the high ceiling, the living space offers the flexible possibility of creative division into a living and quiet mezzanine area for comfortable sleeping. The balcony faces east to the yard. The apartment is equipped to a high standard: a modern fitted kitchen with quality appliances including an oven, 4-burner stove, dishwasher, refrigerator and coffee machine, wooden floors, electronic blinds, separate toilet, bathroom with shower and steel security door. The apartment is also equipped with a wardrobe, a dining table, a bookcase, armchairs and a table. The studio includes a spacious cellar suitable for storing all sports equipment. There is a fitness center, sauna and cafe right in the building.
SO-HO Rezidence offers urban living in a lively and trendy neighborhood, just 10 minutes drive from the historic city center. There are many gourmet restaurants from Czech traditional cuisine, through real Italian cuccina to street food in the nearby market, as well as DOX, the Center for Contemporary art, theater scenes of all genres. There is a tram, metro and cycle path nearby. Walk across the footbridge to Karlín. Price includes everything (high-speed wifi internet, energy and water utilities. After agreement, parking can be arranged in additional cost.
