A mezzanine with a double bed, a room with a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower. Very quiet. The entrance is independent, directly from the courtyard. The apartment is about 40 square meters. It is organized into two spaces: it opens onto an equipped kitchen, with a table that can be adjusted to suit your needs; then the living room with a sofa bed in an intimate and quiet atmosphere. The living room, 4 meters high with coffered ceiling, has a mezzanine area of half of the surface; on the mezzanine a double bed. Finally, the bathroom with shower. The sofa bed is very easy to open and close. The mattress is very comfortable. THE LOFT IS NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN. The heating is autonomous.
The Roman quadrilateral is the oldest area of Turin, full of vestiges, attractions, clubs and restaurants, pedestrian areas. Crossing the quadrilateral, you reach Piazza Castello, from which you can have a walk under the legendary monumental arcades of Via Po and via Roma and reach Piazza Vittorio and Piazza San Carlo. A bus stop is in front of the door, other lines are within walking distance. The nearest metro station (Porta Susa) is 1 km away. By car, it can be reached after 10:30 a.m. (it is located inside the ZTL). On foot, reached via Garibaldi (pedestrian) you can walk under the arcades to Piazza Vittorio on one side, and up to Porta Nuova on the other side. There are many pedestrian streets nearby.
Before departure, guests must leave the kitchen clean, empty and turn off the refrigerator and throw away the garbage. If this is not done, a penalty of 50 euros will be withheld from the deposit. In winter it is kindly requested to lower the temperature to 18 degrees to avoid waste. It is forbidden to smoke (100 eur penalty), have parties and host people outside the number of guests. Please respect the neighborhood by avoiding making noise especially at night and at night. If these rules are not observed, additional charges will be charged and will be withheld from the deposit.
