It is close to the Turia riverbed (green space for walking and playing sports).
Well connected to public transport, with several bus and metro stops ("Aragón Metro Station" and "Amistat-Casa de Salud Metro Station") within walking distance, making it easy to get around Valencia and explore the city's many attractions.
The room has an HD TV, high-speed WiFi internet connection, and air conditioning (hot and cold) inside. In addition to a large closet, desk and study chair.
The house has 6 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and shower. It has a common area with a fully equipped kitchen including an oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, induction hob and washing machine. It also has a sofa, dining table and chairs.
