Huge apartment with big rooms located in a nice and quiet neighborhood, and very well connected by metro with Universities and Beach. This 135m2 apartment is renovated and everything have been prepared fot students-young workers. It has 5 bright and big bedrooms , all of them equiped, and also 2 complete bathrooms. It is ideal to share with students and young people coming to work in Valencia.

The rental price includes internet and a weekly cleaning of the common areas.
The costs of utilities are as follows:
-Water: 10€/month
-Electricity: 25€/month, if any month the consumption is more than this, the difference will be paid separately. In this case, the expenses are shared equal parts between the tenants.
