The apartment sizes 115m2 and it has 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Common areas are enough to spend time with your flatmares, with a living room with sofa, balcony where you can spend time sharing with your flatmates and a kitchen all integrated in a single space.. The kitchen is also equipped with:

NEIGHBORHOOD:
Blasco Ibañez area is one of the greatest area to live in Valencia if you are student!
This neighborhood is home to several university buildings and has great transport connections to the city centre, UPV and University of Valencia, and also to the beach! The area is plenty of bars, pubs, discos, specially for students, where you can share time with other international students.
EXPENSES:
The rental price includes internet and a weekly cleaning of the common areas.
The costs of utilities are as follows:
-Water: 10€/month
-Gas: 10€/month
-Electricity: 15€/month, if any month the consumption is more than this, the difference will be paid separately. In this case, the expenses are shared equal parts between the tenants.
CLEANING SERVICE:
We offer for free a cleaning service once per week of common areas. It's a tenant rensponsibility to keep the flat clean, tidy and in good conditions. Our cleaning service is mainly to help you with the cleaning, but it's important to keep everything clean. The cleaning products must be provided by the tenants. You can find a list of the cleaning products needed at the apartment.
BED LINEN:
For a hygienic reason, we do not provide any bed linen, neither pillow, duvetor duvet cover.
CHECK IN AND CHECKOUT TIME:
The check in will be at the office. Once your booking is confirmed, you will recieve details of how to arrive to the office, but is very well connected from the airport. We will meet here to complete the payments, sign the rental agreement and provide a set of keys of your new home. The check in hours will be from 4:00PM to 8:00PM. If you arrive to Valencia earlier you can leave the luggage at my office meanwhile. If you arrive later than 8:00PM we will leave your keys at a 24H point, where you will be able to collect them.
The check out will be max the las day of the rental agreement at 11:00AM. If your flight is later than this hour, you can leave the luggage here at the office without cost.
