The check out will be max the las day of the rental agreement at 11:00AM. If your flight is later than this hour, you can leave the luggage here at the office without cost.
ROOM:
Double bedroom in Benicalap neighborhood. It's a very good option if you are student or young worker and want to spend some time in the beautiful city of Valencia. It's a totally equiped and furnished bedroom:

APARTMENT:
The apartment sizes 70m2 and it has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Common area is big, with a living room with sofa, TV, where you can spend time sharing with your (hidden). The kitchen is also equipped with:
- Ceramic hob
- Refrigerator
- Oven
- Microwave
- Washing machine
EXPENSES:
The rental price includes internet and a weekly cleaning of the common areas.
The costs of utilities are as follows:
-Water: 10€/month
-Electricity: 25€/month, if any month the consumption is more than 25€, the difference will be paid separately. In this case, the expenses are shared equal parts between the tenants.
CLEANING SERVICE:
We offer for free a cleaning service once per week of common areas. It's a tenant rensponsibility to keep the flat clean, tidy and in good conditions. Our cleaning service is mainly to help you with the cleaning, but it's important to keep everything clean. The cleaning products must be provided by the tenants. You can find a list of the cleaning products needed at the apartment.
BED LINEN:
For a hygienic reason, we do not provide any bed linen, neither pillow, duvetor duvet cover.
CHECK IN AND CHECKOUT TIME:
The check in will be at the office. Once your booking is confirmed, you will recieve details of how to arrive to the office, but is very well connected from the airport. We will meet here to complete the payments, sign the rental agreement and provide a set of keys of your new home. The check in hours will be from 4:00PM to 8:00PM.
