The space The windows of both the living room and the bedroom face the beautiful views of the Tagus river, the Discovery monument and Church of Memória. The apartment is just a few meters away from many important monuments, such as Belem; Mosteiro dos Jerónimos, Padrão dos Descobrimentos, Centro Cultural de Belém, the Belém Tower and the MAAT (Museum Art Architecture Technology). The location is in a quiet residential neighbourhood, just 10 minutes away from the city center by public transportation. Bus and tram stations to city center are easily accessible near the apartment. The train station to the city center or to Cascais is 10 minutes walking distance. *PLEASE NOTE - electricity bill included up to 100€. Parking is available in the nearby streets and is free of charge. Perfect for students at IADE (10 min walking), Universidade Lusíadas and Belas Artes da Faculdade de Lisboa. The house itself is spacious and well equipped, with 8 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances and utensils for cooking meals. All bills are included up to 25 euros. Pillows, duvet and bed sheets are not provided. How does our Reservation Process work: Once your room is booked here, you will receive an email from the landlord requesting the necessary documents to prepare the contract. You must then proceed with paying the last rent, deposit and entry fee directly to the landlord. Your check-in is authorized ONLY 24h after this payment is confirmed in our bank account and the contract is signed. Our check-ins are from Monday to Saturday from 4pm until 7:30pm. No check-ins on Sundays and bank holidays.
