Located right on the Brouwersgracht - one of the most beautiful canals in Amsterdam. Location - old Jordaan is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful and vibrant areas in Amsterdam and in the world. Shopping & entertainment wise is within walking distance and the whole city is easily accessible by bike.
The apartment contains a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (Boretti stove, Smeg refrigerator, Nespresso machine), a country house sink with all the utensils for hobby chefs. The apartment is located in a cozy street of the Transvaal neighborhood in Amsterdam East. A nice quiet place but you are so in the bustling center. A place with plenty of amenities nearby, such as several supermarkets, various delicatessens, local stores, coffeeshops and nice restaurants. In addition, the famous Dapper Market with a wide and varied offer is also nearby. There are many different catering establishments in the neighborhood. For example, you can have breakfast at 'The Cottage', for delicious coffee to Rum Baba or for a fun night out to the Beukenplein or the Javastraat, everything is less than a 10-minute walk away, an ideal base for city living. Located between Oosterpark and Park Frankendeal, a walk in the greenery is always close by. In addition, with 15 minutes cycling you are in the Diemerpark, where there is a small beach where you can swim in an offshoot of the IJsselmeer.

ACCESSIBILITY
The property is easy to reach by public transport (streetcar lines 1 or 3) and is close to metro station Wibautstraat, Muiderpoort station and Amstel station. The Ring A-10 can be reached within minutes via the Wibautstraat and the Gooiseweg. You will also find yourself in no time in the heart of Amsterdam by bike (10 minutes) or public transport!
