A comfortable and sunny 49 sq.m. apartment in the centre of Athens, in close proximity to most Universities – a leisurely 16 minute walk to the Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB) - and the city centre, to public transport links, 20 minutes walking distance to metro green line 3 and 3 minutes walking distance to the pedestrian Fokionos Negri.
The apartment has two independent fully-furnished bedrooms with wooden flooring, desk & lamp, office chair, bed (double bed to sofa-double bed depending on the bedroom), towels and bedding, cupboard and bookcase. There is gas central heating while there is an air-condition in each room.
There is also a common area / living room, a separate large fully equipped kitchen and bathroom (which also contains a washing machine). There and also a balcony with awnings that serves both rooms. Safety main door , balcony doors with double glass.
Fast and consistent Wireless Wi-Fi (with unlimited data plan) as well as all utility bills (electricity, water, central heating, air-conditioning) are not included in the price of the room that is 120€ per month.
