The "Monastiraki" metro stop is a 2-minute walk away, as well as major bus lines. Nearby there is an abundance of well-known bars, restaurants, taverns, theaters and music venues and it is only minutes away from all the major attractions that Athens has to offer.
The space
Renovated in 2024, this funky private room is on the 2nd floor of a typical downtown industrial style building, right in the heart of Athens.
The room has its own private bathroom, private toilet and kitchenette. The kitchenette includes a kettle, microwave, mini fridge, glasses, plates and cutlery.
The room has large windows that make it even brighter because of the natural light!
There is a common reception area in the centre. Here you can sit down to eat or work on your computer. As this area is shared with the other rooms, please take care not to disturb other guests.

The private room is in an old 5 story building and is on the 2nd floor. The apartments have been completely renovated in 2024 to meet the high standards of our collection.

Bus station with connections to the city center and all universities is 50 meters from the apartment, and Ampelokipi metro station is eight minutes by walk. The neighbourhood is peaceful and quiet. Within a 200 meter radius you have bakeries, big super market, and the local commercial street with all kind of stores. Every Wednesday there is a local street market.
Very close to the apartment is the Panormou Nightlife spot full of restaurants and bars.
The apartment consists of three bedrooms with double bed, the two of them with French balconies, a small living room with a smart TV, a separate fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub.
Each bedroom has an air conditioning unit, double bed, desk, large wardrobe and two sets of linens and towels, duvet and blankets, and high speed wifi internet. All must have amenities are provided.
