The accommodation also contains an ironing board, a washing machine, a clothes rack, an iron. It's a 154 sqm triplex apartment with a rooftop. You will find a community kitchen and three huge living areas in the flat. The kitchen is fully equipped with two fridges, a combiner's oven and a coffee corner. The main living room has a dining / working table as well as a sofa area incl. smart tv. The two other living rooms are on the third floor with direct access to the rooftop (exclusive for our co-livers). Next to it there's a cinema area with a projector for long movie nights.

The flat is competely renovated and furnitured. You are the first person to move in. The kitchen has been newly installed and has everything for cooking and making yourself home. All the equipment is completely new.

Lauren is 33, from the US (about to become French!) and works for the UN in the field of human rights for migrant people. She loves dancing, especially salsa, hiking, and social justice values are particularly close to her heart (we're looking for someone who's aligned on that level!). We're looking for someone queer-friendly as well!
The apartment is located on the 4th floor with elevator, a 5-minute walk from the Gambetta and Porte de Bagnolet metro stations on line 3, a few steps from Père Lachaise and Place Martin Nadaud, in a vibrant neighborhood!
