In a privileged location you will be able to enjoy 97 square metres optimally distributed.
In the day area you will find a practical dining room next to the kitchen, fully functional, with all the utensils and appliances to simplify your day to day life. Following the route you will find a spacious living room with access to a balcony with unobstructed views of the Spanish quay. The flat also has a study area with a desk.
The night area consists of two double bedrooms, the master bedroom has a large wardrobe, chest of drawers and air conditioning. Both bedrooms have access to a balcony with unobstructed views of the harbour.
The flat has a full bathroom with shower where you will also find the washing machine/dryer.
Located just a stone's throw from the intersection of Paseo Colón and Vía Laietana, your stay in Barcelona will have all the attractions and experiences that living in Barcelona has to offer, surrounded by restaurants, tapas bars, museums and historical sites. The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
