Large 120 sqm flat on two levels with space for everyone. Two bathrooms, a large eat-in kitchen, a TV corner. The flat is cleaned once a week. We live on the 6th floor without a lift. There is a washing machine and dryer, the kitchen is fully equipped. Your room is fully furnished. There is a large kitchen/living room with a sofa and TV, and a sofa bed with a TV in the hallway. We prepare everything for you, room, towel, bed and maybe even some chocolate.
The shared flat is in a super central location with good public transport connections and walking distance to some sights. The room faces the inner courtyard and is really quiet. Super central in Mitte, walking distance to U-Bahn, S-Bahn, Tram. Berlin Hbf only 10 min. Close to Friedrichstraße and Brandenburg Gate.

The monthly rent price is all inclusive (rent + heating + water + Internet + GEZ/German TV license fee).
For the move in dates, we have only the 1st or the 16th of each month a tenant can move in. In specific cases we have a flexible move in date, but this needs to discuss in our messages :)

The flat is cozy and has enough space for 1-2 people. There are 3 big windows facing the quiet yard, a fully equipped kitchen area, a bed area, and even a separate chamber with a washing machine. This flat has nice furniture and everything for an enjoyable stay of a few months. Super speedy and stable Wi-Fi (250 Mbps) makes this place a nice home office.
Usually my tenants are falling in love with my flat (and try to come back next time they are in Berlin).
It's the best option to get to know Berlin (as well as enjoy comfortably staying at home). Imagine listening to street musicians on Warschauer Str, exploring food places from all over the world at Ostkreuz, making photos of the stylish bridge Oberbaumbruecke, watching the famous East Side Gallery, walking along the river Spree, or swimming in the unique pool-on-a-river Badeschiff. If you are a party lover, then Berghain and a number of alternatives are waiting for you.
Every Saturday you can visit the farm and street food market on Boxhagener Platz, every Sunday there are flee markets on Bo(hidden) RAW area nearby.
