The kitchen is fully stocked for any wannabe-chef to get creative in – you’ll have all the pots, pans and knives, as well as a fridge to keep things cool. this is a fully furnished room in a shared flat. The room has a comfortable bed, a desk with chair and a wardrobe for your clothes. Also the common areas are fully equipped with washing machine, cooking equipment and all you need for your daily living.
Anmeldung/Registration is possible.
The monthly rent price is all inclusive (rent + heating + water + Internet + GEZ/german TV license fee).
Only the 1st or 16th of each month are possible as move-in days. In specific cases we have a flexible move-in date, but this has to be discussed in our messages.
Please note that there is an additional one-time service fee of 100€ plus a deposit of 950€ to be paid before moving in.

Hey I m Sebastian I rent my room for a short time period, the flat is in the district of Prenzlauer Berg. It is to S Bahnhof Prenzlauer Allee, although you have the Tram. It is a quite place, neighbourhood is nice and friendly.

Besides, the Tram is at 2 min and two subway lines are close. You are best connected to the rest of Berlin ;)
The studio is my private place and you will have it for yourself. It is very bright, neat and clean. The kitchen is stuffed for cooking, if you like. The bathroom is small and new, with a little bathtub. There is a big table and besides there is everything you will need for living ... a big bed! The place is ideal for work and studies.
At the moment there is a building scaffolding in place, therefore I adjusted the price. It is not frequented, but sometimes there might be some working noise.
