ROOM
Our rooms come fully furnished with everything you need such as a custom-made wardrobe and bed frame including a comfy premium mattress. Depending on size you’ll also have a nightstand and desk in there. If you want to work on that tan, you can get one of the rooms with a private or shared balcony or terrace.
APARTMENT
The kitchen is fully stocked for any wannabe-chef to get creative in – you’ll have all the pots, pans and knives, as well as a fridge to keep things cool. The dining area is a great space to hang and invite your roomies over for dinner. All apartments entail one or two spacious bathrooms that you’ll be sharing with your room mates. To keep things clean and tidy, you can use the washing machine that’s placed in every apartment.
BUILDING
Located right around the corner from Berlin’s main train station this is your ideal home to explore all the hidden gems the city has to offer. If you want to stay in you can meet new friends watching documentaries at our cinema room or work a little while overlooking the city in our community spaces. And if you fancy a quiet drink, you can do that in our hidden bar – sssssh, we’ll tell you where it’s at when you’ve moved in.

An entirely new part of Berlin, Europacity is an urban destination with comfortable environments, several amenities, and relaxing green and open spaces. Located in the northern part of Berlin, in the district of Mitte, Europacity is closely located to the Central Station, making it easy and convenient to reach other parts of the city such as Alexanderplatz, Brandenburger Gate and Friedrichshain in less than 20 minutes. With an area of approximately 61 hectare, Europacity offers all the amenities you’d expect from the city center, in addition to relaxing green and open spaces.

Die Wohnung verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer, wobei in dem ersten ein Doppelbett steht, im zweiten zwei Einzelbetten, die man zusammenschieben kann. Das Badezimmer ist sehr gross, es gibt eine bodengleiche Dusche und eine Badewanne, zwei Waschbecken sowie eine Toilette. Für Gäste gibt es eine separate Gästetoilette.
Die Küche ist hochwertig ausgestattet und verfügt auch über einen Weinkühlschrank.
Vom Wohnzimmer aus sowie vom Balkon hat man einen sagenhaft schönen Blick auf den den Hinterhof des ehemaligen Postfuhrwerkamtes.

You're looking at a studio-apartment in a newly built house.. The apartment has a modern, American cut, which means a lot of light and space right as you walk in the door. Public Transport is available at Jannowitzbrücke. You can take the S or U-Train to explore nearly whole Berlin. It is just one station to famous Alexanderplatz, which is a central point with connections in almost every direction.

The whole area around the flat is a very popular one. You will find bars, cafés or restaurants in walking distance or you go by train 2 Stations to Hackescher Markt, the heart of Berlin-Mitte! BY RAIL/BY BUS: The journey from the railway station at Berlin-Airport (BER) to Alexanderplatz takes approx. 30 minutes (Airport Express FEX).
