We are now looking for a new tenant for a room in a 2-bed flat in a beautiful oId building in Berlin Mitte not far from the Alexanderplatz. The apartment is compIetely furnished, the equipment is accordingly in good condition. The private room is equipped with a wardrobe, workstation and bed. You can get a first impression of the apartment through the photos we have uploaded. The room has also an ensuite private bathroom.
The living area, kitchen and storage room with washing machine is shared with the flatmate.
The costs for internet, electricity, heating and water are included. A tour of the shared flat is of course possible at any time. Just get in contact with us. Also included is the service to receive packages.
