Es ist voll möbliert und eignet sich bestens für ein Paar oder eine kleine Familie. 2 Etagen, geräumige Zimmer, offene Küche, Fußbodenheizung.
In der ersten Etage befindet sich ein Schlafzimmer mit einem 160 cm breiten Doppelbett und offenem Raum, sowie ein Badezimmer mit Duschbad und Toilette - es gibt viele eingebaute Regale und Stauraum. Ein Fenster im Dach sorgt für helles Licht und der Sisalteppichboden bringt eine sehr gemütliche Note. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein separates Schlafzimmer sowie eine offene Wohnküche und ein zusätzliches WC. Das Schlafzimmer hat ein Einzelbett und eine zusätzliche Matratze, falls eine weitere Schlafmöglichkeit benötigt wird. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit großem Kühlschrank, Gasherd, Minibackofen und Kochutensilien sowie einer Waschmaschine. Ein Sofa und ein Esstisch vervollständigen den Raum. Die Fußbodenheizung mit typischem französischen Fliesen sorgt für beste Wärme im Berliner Winter.
Lage: Mitten in Berlin-Wedding, in der pulsierenden Müllerstraße, wo Sie alle möglichen Geschäfte, Biomärkte und Cafés um die Ecke finden. Im Gartenhaus ist aber sehr ruhig und man hört keinen Lärm der Straße. U-Bahn Leopoldplatz und Seestr ( beide jeweils 5min zu Fuß), Ringbahn und S Wedding in der Nähe.

We rent out our beautiful and cosy, lovingly renovated garden house in a backyard in Wedding from mid-October to mid-January.
It is fully furnished and is ideal for a couple or a small family. 2 floors, spacious rooms, open-plan kitchen, underfloor heating.
On the first floor there is a bedroom with a 160 cm wide double bed and open-plan space, as well as a bathroom with shower and toilet - there are plenty of built-in shelves and storage space. A window in the roof provides bright light and the sisal carpet adds a very cosy touch. On the ground floor there is a separate bedroom as well as an open-plan kitchen/living room and an additional WC. The bedroom has a single bed and an additional mattress if an extra bed is needed. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge, gas hob, mini oven and cooking utensils as well as a washing machine. A sofa and dining table complete the room. The underfloor heating with typical French tiles provides the best warmth in the Berlin winter.
Location: In the centre of Berlin-Wedding, in the vibrant Müllerstraße, where you will find all kinds of shops, organic markets and cafés around the corner. However, the garden house is very quiet and you won't hear any noise from the street. U-Bahn Leopoldplatz and Seestr (both 5min walk), Ringbahn and S Wedding nearby.
