The property is part of Mitte district, just only 400 meters from Alexanderplatz and only 100 meters from Volkspark Friedrichshain, and it provides all the necessary amenities to have an easy life. All shops, restaurants, parks, and public transport is on the doorstep, and it is just 2 stations to Alex.
