The monthly rent for this apartment is EUR 1,050, including all utilities (internet, electricity, heating, water). At the time of booking, a security deposit of EUR 1,900 is required, which will be fully refunded at check-out, provided that the apartment does not show major damage or missing items. The security deposit is paid by bank transfer to our company’s account immediately after the booking has been confirmed through the platform.

Our rooms come fully furnished with everything you need such as a custom-made wardrobe and bed frame including a comfy premium mattress. Depending on size you’ll also have a nightstand and desk in there. If you want to work on that tan, you can get one of the rooms with a private or shared balcony or terrace.

The kitchen is fully stocked for any wannabe-chef to get creative in – you’ll have all the pots, pans and knives, as well as a fridge to keep things cool. The dining area is a great space to hang and invite your roomies over for dinner. All apartments entail one or two spacious bathrooms that you’ll be sharing with your room mates.
