I am a 31-year old Lawyer from Munich and the owner of this apartment. I have been living in Berlin since 5 years and I am staying for almost 1 - 1,5 weeks every month in Berlin. So actually I am not really often in the apartment because I am in Munich or traveling around the world.
I am a non-smoker and smoking is not allowed inside of the apartment as well as animals. I am very social outside of the home, so when I am at home I enjoy having me time - so this is not a Party-WG. I enjoy cooking at home and taking it easy when I am at home.
I am looking for someone who has a full-time job or enough financial ressources, wants to live in a great location in Berlin-Prenzlauer Berg and enjoys having some me-time, too.

Ich komme aus München, bin 31 und Eigentümer dieser Wohnung. Ich lebe seit 5 Jahren in Berlin und bin ca. 1 - 1,5 Wochen pro Monat hier. Die restliche Zeit verbringe ich in München oder bin viel unterwegs, daher bin ich nicht oft in der Wohnung.
Ich selbst bin Nichtraucher und auch in der Wohnung ist Rauchen nicht erlaubt. Haustiere sind ebenfalls nicht gestattet. Außerhalb der Wohnung bin ich oft unterwegs, wenn ich zu Hause bin, genieße ich es, Zeit für mich zu haben - daher ist dies keine Party-WG. Ich koche gerne und bevorzuge eine ruhige Atmosphäre zu Hause.
Ich suche jemanden mit einem Vollzeitjob oder ausreichenden finanziellen Mitteln, der in einer top Lage in Berlin-Prenzlauer Berg leben möchte und es auch schätzt, Zeit für sich zu haben.

ROOM
Our rooms come fully furnished with everything you need such as a custom-made wardrobe and bed frame including a comfy premium mattress. Depending on size you’ll also have a nightstand and desk in there. If you want to work on that tan, you can get one of the rooms with a private or shared balcony or terrace.
APARTMENT
The kitchen is fully stocked for any wannabe-chef to get creative in – you’ll have all the pots, pans and knives, as well as a fridge to keep things cool. The dining area is a great space to hang and invite your roomies over for dinner. All apartments entail one or two spacious bathrooms that you’ll be sharing with your room mates. To keep things clean and tidy, you can use the washing machine that’s placed in every apartment.
BUILDING
Located right around the corner from Berlin’s main train station this is your ideal home to explore all the hidden gems the city has to offer. If you want to stay in you can meet new friends watching documentaries at our cinema room or work a little while overlooking the city in our community spaces.

An entirely new part of Berlin, Europacity is an urban destination with comfortable environments, several amenities, and relaxing green and open spaces. Located in the northern part of Berlin, in the district of Mitte, Europacity is closely located to the Central Station, making it easy and convenient to reach other parts of the city such as Alexanderplatz, Brandenburger Gate and Friedrichshain in less than 20 minutes. With an area of approximately 61 hectare, Europacity offers all the amenities you’d expect from the city center, in addition to relaxing green and open spaces.
