Being able to move into a new place the next day does not happen very often, yet we make it possible! Therefore, we have not only taken care of all the necessary amenities, but these are also included in the price and do not involve any additional charges.

Ich biete meine Nichtraucher-Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete an. Die 1-Zimmer-Whg befindet sich in der Nähe der Gesemane-Kirche (S Schönhauser Allee) in Berlin Prenzlauer Berg. Das bedeutet verkehrsgünstige Verbindungen über die Ringbahn und Straßenbahnen und viele nette Cafe‘s und Restaurants.
Die Wohnung hat 50qm-Wohnung und ist frei ab 1. August 2024 maximal 6 Monate. Die Mietdauer kann aber auch kürzer ausfallen, das wäre kein Problem. Die harte deadline für die Vermietung ist der (hidden).
Ich kann möbliert oder teilmöbliert vermieten. Sie ist nicht für Parties oder Tiere geeignet. Vor allem die Küche würde ich gerne drin lassen. Die Wohnung liegt im 4. Stock, ist hell, extrem ruhig, und hat einen französischen Balkon.
