When events happen there can sometimes be a lot of interactions with the kitchen, so you need to like to have some lively surrounding.
You can however have all the tranquility you need in your room.
I am getting farm vegetables every week, so there is a lot of cooking going on and it can be a bit messy at times.

I am looking for a non smoking person, without pets, and a female because i've been with male flatmates for the last 4 years & i'm tired of it. Also my girlfriend will often be there, so it's more like a 2.5 person WG. Our guests can use a cosy guestbed on a platform in the corridor. You can also host as many guests as you want, as long as it fits !
You can hang your bike either in the yard or inside on a hook at the flat entrance door.
There is no gas heating but electric oil radiator, which works perfectly fine.
Also in the winter there is a little wood stove in the kitchen, making it quite warm & cosy.
The flat is located at a very central and yet provides very cozy accommodation experience.
While it is close to many transit connections and at Berlin's heart, it is also calm because it stays inside of a residence block which provides a silent atmosphere with a green view just in the middle of Berlin.
