Our two newly built buildings surrounded by a green courtyard create a safe secluded space for you to find peace in the midst of Berlins city life. The property is purposefully built to be an ideal location for you to enjoy the co-living lifestyle, and be part of the (hidden) community. Hi guys,
this is a fully furnished room in a shared flat. The room has a comfortable bed, a desk with chair and a wardrobe for your clothes. Also the common areas are fully equipped with washing machine, cooking equipment and all you need for your daily living.
The monthly rent price is all inclusive (rent + heating + water + Internet + GEZ/german TV license fee).
Please note that there is an additional service fee of 100,00€ that has to be paid via bank transfer prior to move-in and the deposit of 950€ needs to be paid before moving in to the landlord flat-mate.
