The apartment has a high ceiling , where you can relax on the cozy sofa after a long day exploring the city center. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave/ grill, induction hob, kettle, caffe machine, dish washer.
The apartment is on the ground floor of a building, has a loft bedroom with a double bed, as well as a bathroom with shower. Outside, you'll also have access to a lovely communal terrace and access to wahsing machin and dryer

You'll be living in Saint Gilles, 1 of Brussels's most central and well-connected neighborhoods. You'll have lots to do around here, with Horta museums, historic monuments, restaurants, bars, cafes, and shops on every corner around the apartment. And, with tons of trams making stops nearby, you'll always have a quick ride into the city center!

La locataire doit avoir ou s'intéresser à une démarche de durabilité (sobriété de consommation, consommation locale, réparation, recyclage, réduction des déchets,...) aimer les chats et pouvoir s'en occuper de temps en temps, faire le ménage de sa chambre et participer au ménage des parties communes. Musiciennes et artistes sont bienvenues!
Il est possible de venir en couple (avec mon accord préalable), pour un supplément de 160€ par mois.
