Transportation is good, tram and bus stations (250 meters) and metro/train station Nyugati nearby in walking distance of 600 meters. The apartment located on the 3rd floor can be reached by closed staircase or by the elevator. The building is old, fully renovated Bauhaus style, quiet and peaceful, typically inhabited by elderly people. The apartment faces East with large windows overlooking the courtyard with trees, no street noise can be heard. The apartment is 30 square meters. You enter the apartment through the small kitchenette, there is a small bathroom with a bath tub, sink and toilette, one room with a double bed (180 x 200), foldable dining table with 4 chairs, and a small coffee table with 2 armchairs. On the lower level there are two bedrooms, a complete bathroom and an entrance hall. The master bedroom on the lower level can comfortably accommodate 4 persons with a double bed and a sofa-bed. There is a double bed in the second bedroom. Both bedrooms are equipped with spacious wardrobes. On the upper level there is a great living room with an American style kitchen and with a sleeping area, as well as a bathroom. In the large living room you will find a comfortable settee, a 55 inch flat screen TV set. Two persons can sleep there on the sofa bed. In the completely equipped kitchen a refrigerator, an oven, a microwave oven, a dishwasher and several kitchen appliances and utensils are at the disposal of our guests who intend to cook during their stay. In the dining area there is enough space even for 8 persons wanting to eat at home. Among the facilities you can find a washing machine, an iron with an iron board as well as a hairdryer.
